Today’s Bible Verse (18 September 2025)
“The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.” — Exodus 14:14 (NIV)
✨ Devotional: Beloved, there are seasons when battles rage beyond our strength, and fears rise like walls before us. Israel stood before the Red Sea with Pharaoh’s army pressing hard behind, yet God assured them: “The LORD will fight for you.”
This is a reminder that your victories are not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord. When you feel surrounded, God is actually surrounding what surrounds you. He is your Defender, your Deliverer, and your Shield.
Your part is to trust, remain still in faith, and not allow fear to dictate your steps. The God who parted the Red Sea will make a way for you where there seems to be no way.
🙏 Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for being my Defender. I surrender every battle in my life to You. Fight for me, Lord, and give me peace in the storm. Let Your mighty hand bring me into victory, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
